What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Both Baruch College and Thornton Tomasetti can be accessed via the 6 train at the 23rd St. stop.

What’s the refund policy?

Full refunds are issued up to 7 days before the event date. Refunds will not be issued past this period.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There will be a check-in list, but bring your printed ticket for speedier registration.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No. Ticket sales are online only and close 30 minutes after an event has started.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes. As long as you reference the individual who purchased your ticket.

Do you have student discount rates?

Yes. Contact aecconference@thorntontomasetti.com from your Edu account to receive it. Student discounts are available starting July 7 at midnight.

Do I need to pay extra for the Reception?

No. All tickets for the Symposium include the cost of the Reception.

What are my hotel options?
