Daniel leads CASE’s research efforts. With a PhD in computational design, his research explores the impact of technology on the building industry. Daniel regularly writes about technology in monthly columns for Architect and AUGI. His writing also appears in AD, ArchDaily, ENR, Design Reform, and IJAC, as well as books such as ‘Thought Leaders of BIM’ (2014), ‘Scripting the Future’ (2012), and ‘Computational Design Modelling’ (2011). Daniel originally trained as an architect in New Zealand, and has spent the past five years as a consultant on Antoni Gaudí’s Sagrada Família.
