Margaret Wang, Applications Engineer, CORE studio

Margaret Wang is an Applications Engineer at CORE studio, where she develops web applications and maintains the back-end structural libraries behind many CORE studio tools. Since beginning her career as a practicing structural engineer, she has cultivated interests in the topics of sustainability, predictive analytics, and graphic design. Her growing expertise in these subjects allows her to combine machine learning, structural engineering, and sustainable design in both user-facing applications and core development operations.

She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Architecture from Columbia University and a M.S. in Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Materials from the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a licensed professional engineer in the state of California.
