Toru Hasegawa, Co-Founder, Morpholio
Toru Hasegawa has focused on teaching, research and architecture in New York City and Tokyo since 2006. He is a co-founder of Morpholio, a software company created by architects, and a former director of the Cloud Lab at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture. Morpholio’s suite of apps for Architecture, Engineering and Interiors puts designers first by fuses the fluidity and speed of the touchscreen with the intelligence and precision of mobile and CAD technology. Called “Digital Magic” by Wired magazine, their Trace app is the unique mobile software for drawing throughout the design process, and a cutting edge platform exploring the frontier of how Augmented Reality will transform the design process.
